Corporate culture is shaped by many factors.  A diverse workforce has been shown to be of great benefit to a company, but not all welcome the older worker.  As you’re looking for a job, how can you identify if an employer is a friend or foe for the older employee?  Be sensitive to the language they use.  “Tech-savvy”, “recent graduate”, “digital native” often refer to a younger population.
