Our Mission is to provide practical support to people in achieving success, as they define it, in their work and in their lives.

Our Vision is to create a tribe of people who see changes as a positive and necessary part of life; who joyfully embrace new opportunities and choose to act with intention to contribute fully to the future of our shared community.

do-over.me was founded five years ago by Cynthia Wade. Cynthia was just one of the 2.6 million people who was unexpectedly laid off from her job. She saw the need for a unique, career community center that offers not only professional resources to help people get back on their feet, but also provides strong, emotional support for people whose lives are in the midst of transition. Cynthia expressed, “maybe I could help others who were ‘stuck’ because of the many changes they were facing”.

What is a do-over me story? It is a second chance to achieve your full potential in the work force. Here at do-over.me we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to revamp their lives and have rewarding job placement.

This year we are participating in Giving Tuesday, specifically ILGIVE. Giving Tuesday was created by the United Nations Foundation and the 92ndStreet Y organization back in 2012. The idea was to set aside a day that was focuses on the generosity of giving. It has now developed into a global event!

Make giving a part of your holiday traditions and donate now.
