I'm Possible: End-of-the-Year Reflections

As we approach the closing of 2018, it’s important to reflect on what we’re grateful for. While it can be easy to get caught up in the overwhelming energy of the holiday season (finding the right gift wrapping, party planning) it’s also good to take a step back and reassess all of the changes that have taken place throughout the year.

2018 for me was a year of incredible growth. A whole world of possibility opened up for me. I grew in my resilience and self-confidence. I learned the importance of boundaries and grew in my professional career.

I’m grateful for the friends I've made and the people I’ve met this year. By being a more active member of my community I’ve felt more alive and happy. While it’s great to be by yourself sometimes, there’s something to be said about being social and making new friends.

With the dust finally settling and 2019 coming up, I’m not only looking back but looking forward to what can happen in the future.
