Equity in Work: Not for Women and Minority Groups

Women and minority groups graduating from business school are earning less, on average, than their white male peers, according to research from the Forté Foundation. A survey of nearly 1,000 students discovered that white students earned an average salary of $71,294, while minorities surveyed earned 24% less at $57,640. While the pay gap is smaller for women and minorities with MBAs than their peers with undergraduate degrees, it still exists.
