Transitions are defined as the process or period of changing from one state to another. Here at you will not be alone during your period of transition. Periods of transitions have the potential to be quite scary. According to the Harvard Business Review there are three emotional challenges that come along with career transitions: a sense of guilt, adjustment of personal identity and sense of self and letting go of old habits and behaviors.
