So what about this "Culture thing" at work?

Adam Grant is one of my favorite authors.  He is also a LinkedIn Influencer, 
Author of GIVE AND TAKE, ORIGINALS, OPTION B, a Wharton professor and NYT writer.  When considering a new job, these are his favorite questions to ask about the culture:

(1) To find out what's unique: What’s something that happens at this organization but wouldn’t elsewhere?

(2) To gauge what the problems are, and whether people have a voice: If you could change one thing about this organization, what would it be—and how would you do it?

(3) To illuminate in visuals what's invisible in words: Can you draw a picture of the organization?
