"Older millennials aren’t leaving the nest. Despite a strengthening economy, roughly 20% of older millennials (26 to 34) are living with relatives — a jump from 17% in 2012, according to Census Bureau data. Much of this trend can be attributed to the Great Recession: This cohort was hit hardest because it aligned with college and high school graduations, economists tell USA TODAY. Just over 38% of those aged 18 to 34 live with family, up from 28.7% in 1962." (LinkedIn Daily Rundown: November 23rd, 2017)

It's not a mystery that ever since the Great Recession the job market for college graduates has been rough.
