I often rush through my life. I feel guilty about the past. I worry about the future. I miss the present. Attitudes of Gratitude helps me to focus on the now - right here, right now, what am I grateful for. I usually find it's the simple things that make the list most frequently.
Today I am grateful for...
...the heat works. The car starts. I have a warm coat, hat, gloves and a scarf. I have warm water. There's food to eat.
...Bella. She is safe and warm cuddled beside me.
...Kate and Trevor. They are happy, healthy and moving forward with their lives.
...so many loving and supportive friends.
