This new, monthly program offers a regular opportunity to feed your mind while you feed your body. Each meeting will focus on a new and trending topic. You'll receive information and insight to nourish your mind while we share our own brown bag lunches.
The meeting will include 30 minutes of networking before the presentation starts at noon. You don't need anything to participate. Just come ready to learn and grow.
Tentative topics, subject to change are as follows:

February - Creating a bigger life
March - Do women sabotage their careers?
This is a Mental Muscle action-oriented exercise class.
